Refund Policy

Lure Mobile offers a 30 day refund policy on all devices sold to consumers . Within 30 days of purchase device can be sent back to us and a full refund sent to consumer no hassle.

Devices sent back to us must be sent in the original condition it was mailed to consumer to qualify for a refund. Additionally device must be reset to wipe all consumer account information from device to qualify for refund.

Refunds are initiated after device is received back to our office within 1-2 business days. The total amount will be refunded to the card used during purchase within 5-10 business days depending on consumers bank.

Lure Mobile does provide a no hassle refund process within 30 days for any reason. After the 30 day grace period. refunds are only sent to devices that fall within the parameters of our warranty policy.

Once refund claim is made we will respond within 24hrs. Refunds are a curtesy service we provide to all online and in-store shoppers. This refund does not act as insurance in any way, if device is damaged by consumer you will be responsible for repairing the device. All devices are sent thru a 50 point inspection before sale, tagged, and photographed for quality assurance.
