Warranty Policy

Lure Mobile offers a 90 day warranty on all devices sold to consumers . However, if purchased new, your Device does include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Most manufacturer warranties extend for a period of one year and exclude coverage for physical, water, or other damage. In addition, warranty claims, depending on the manufacturer, may be satisfied with certified “like-new” devices. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your Device for specific details.

Lure Mobile does assist the manufacturer with warranty claims, all warranty claims must be made within 90 Days of device sale.  After this period, your Lure Mobile warranty period will be over, however in certain cases they may still be a manufacturer warranty on your device in witch case you must should contact the manufacturer directly with warranty claims.

After the 90 day period you agree to rely exclusively on the manufacturer’s warranty. While we will attempt to assist in all manufacturer warranty claims, WITH REGARD TO YOUR DEVICE, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OF THE MANUFACTURER IN ANY WAY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Once warranty claim is made we will respond within 24hrs. Warranty covers the functionally and compatibility of the device as described when purchased. This warranty does not act as insurance in any way, if device is damaged by consumer you will be responsible for repairing the device. All devices are sent thru a 50 point inspection before sale, tagged, and photographed for quality assurance.
